Part Time National Telecaller

Job Summary: Softweb Development Technologies is offering National Calling (Non-voice/Semi-voice process) for freshers & expericene.

Responsibilities and Duties: The candidate has to be regular, punctual, disciplined, willing to learn, a good communicator and smart enough for web/internet research.

1. Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
2. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
3. Answer potential clients’ questions about home improvement projects or goals
4. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
5. Maintain computer, telephone, and other equipment
6. Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to supervisory staff
7. Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
8. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Key Skills:
1. Proficient in Bengali, Hindi & English
2. Excellent phone manner and articulation
3. Results-driven and willing to work on a commission basis
4. Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
5. MS Excel, MS Word, Web Services

Experience and Qualifications:
1. Minimum Academic Qualification is 12th passed/Graduation in any stream is preferable
2. Age (18 – 40 yrs.)
